- 1 ripe avocado
- Half of a diced fresh jalapeño
- Juice of a whole lime
- A small amount of diced red onion
- About 4-5 halved cherry tomatoes
Salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Mash the avocado with a fork and incorporate the ingredients. Savor with tortilla chips! Yum!
