We require a credit card to book your appointment even if you are planning to pay with a gift card. You will be charged either with your gift card or any other method of payment at checkout.
+ Late Arrivals
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Our appointments are designed to allow enough time to fully enjoy our services. Late arrivals may limit our ability to offer the complete experience. If you arrive late we may not be able to add time to the end of your service, and you will be charged in full even for a partial treatment.
Massage Therapy, Body Treatments, Acupuncture, Private Hydrotherapy Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by email or by phone at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be subject to full service price cancellation fees.
Please understand that when you cancel without giving us proper notice, we lose the opportunity to offer your spot to other clients.
Spa Packages Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us by email or by phone at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled within 48 hours will be subject to full service price cancellation fees.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

+ Cancellations and no-shows
If you can’t make it to a Community session, think about gifting your ticket to a friend! All tickets for Community Hydro, Hydro Happy hour + Community Acupuncture are non-refundable. Should you not be able to find an alternative use for your ticket, please notify us immediately.
We truly enjoy hosting your special events. Once we coordinate your date, a non-refundable deposit will be required within 48 hours to secure your event:
Standard Private Party – $150
Luxe Private Party – $200
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged up to 50% of the party fee.
Covid + Cancellations
If you are feeling unwell, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please try to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand – cancellation fees will still apply to bookings canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice for illness and Covid symptoms. If you have extenuating circumstances we will do our best to work with you. We do appreciate that you cancel your service to help stop the spread of illness.
