Services

  • Our services are either private or semi-private.
  • Our services are performed following safety and social distancing guidelines.
  • We have allotted extra time to sanitize the facility and the equipment between services.

Private

Parties (Standard and Luxe) are always private. Outdoor packages and private hydrotherapy for small group or families are mostly private.

SEMI-PRIVATE

Massages (solo or combined with hydrotherapy), community-style sessions, acupuncture, body treatments, and outdoor packages for one are semi-private. Clients may be using the space at the same time, but they will never be sharing communal amenities (steam room, soaking tub, cedar saunas) unless they are living together or coming as a group.

 

Appointments

Our services/treatments are by appointment only – online, email or phone. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

After you booked a service, you will receive a confirmation email. A day before your appointment, we will call you to confirm, make sure you are feeling well, and answer any questions you may have.

We ask that you take the time to fill out our massage/acupuncture intake or hydro waiver forms before your appointment in order to expedite check-in.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a waiver (this will help us keep track of clients who come in).

Cancellations / Rescheduling

Small Group Hydrotherapy & Outdoor Packages

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please understand that when you cancel an appointment without advance notice, we miss the opportunity to offer the spot to clients who are on our waitlist.

Private Parties
Cancellations need to be made at least 5 to 7 days in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service rate. For a same day cancellation (with or without notice) the cost of the service will be charged in full. 

We are in high demand and we need to fill all available appointment slots whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Check In / Check Out

Upon arrival, we will take a contactless reading of your temperature (should be 99.3 or lower). We will provide you with a pair of sanitized flip flops (you are welcome to bring your own). We have lockers for your personal items (sanitized after each use). Contactless payment is available, and we also accept cash.

We ask that you still wear your mask in our small reception, and the changing areas. Our therapists will be wearing a mask at all times.

 

OUTDOOR SERVICES

We are using the honor system. Masks are not required outside, in the showers, steam room or sauna. If you are fully vaccinated, and feel comfortable enough, you won't be required to wear a mask during your outdoor treatment. Our Cabin is equipped with a HEPA filter, and doors can be left open upon request.

 

INDOOR SERVICES

Our private massage room is equipped with a HVAC system, a HEPA filter, a ceiling fan, and doors can be left open. Even, if you are fully vaccinated you will be asked to wear a mask during your treatment. We will try to make this as comfortable as possible.

The hydro tub, saunas, showers and bathroom are sanitized thoroughly throughout the day and in between services. Hand sanitizer is always at your disposal.

We offer hot tea and filtered water with fresh lemons and limes, clementines and almonds with a spoon.

 

Our Team

Most of our team is fully vaccinated. Those who are not will be tested for COVID-19 every two weeks to ensure they are healthy for work. We are continuing to take any precautions necessary (washing hands throughout the day, wearing masks) to ensure your comfort and safely.

 

Our Space

The space is professional cleaned thoroughly every week. The tub water is tested daily, and throughout the day and the water is changed every two weeks.

We ask that you refrain from visiting cityWell if you or a household member have a fever or other COVID-19 symptoms, or you have been in contact with anyone who has recently tested positive.
