We are easing our safety guidelines in regards to COVID19, though we will continue to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Services

We have allotted extra time between appointments to clean amenities and common areas.

Parties (Standard and Luxe) are always private. Outdoor packages for 2 and private hydrotherapy for small groups are mostly private.

Massages (solo or combined with hydrotherapy), community-style sessions, acupuncture, body treatments, and outdoor packages for 1 are semi-private, which means that other clients may be using the space at the same time.

Clients adding hydro to their service may share the amenities with other clients.

Appointments

Services are by appointment only (book online, via email or phone). We don’t  accommodate walk-ins. Credit cards are required for booking although are not charged until service is provided.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before your appointment, we will call you to confirm, and answer any questions you may have.

In order to expedite check in, we ask that you take the time to fill out our massage/acupuncture intake or hydro waiver forms online before your appointment.

We provide you with a towel, a pair of sanitized flip flops (you are welcome to bring your own), and lockers for your personal items.

Contactless payment is available, we accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, and cash.

Mask-Wearing & Vaccinations

cityWell no longer requires proof of vaccination for community hydro, and events. We will no longer take temperatures upon arrival.

Masks are no longer required unless clients or team members prefer to wear them.

However, service providers will wear a mask during private sessions upon client’s request. All of our service providers are vaccinated.

Our Space

Our space and amenities are professionally cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.

The tub water is tested throughout the day, and the water is changed every two weeks.

We take time to clean all communal areas, saunas, and the steam room are aired out, and towels replaced between each use.

Indoor massage room, and changing area are equipped with a HEPA filter. The Cabin also has a HEPA filter, and doors can be left open upon request.

Most Importantly

We ask you to please reschedule your appointment or private hydro session if you feel unwell. Tickets for community sessions are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
