• 2 or 3 ripe avocados (depending on your hair length)
  • Whipped or any honey
  • Olive or coconut oil

In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados, and add a generous tablespoon of honey or coconut oil. Mix and apply to dry or dampened hair. Gently massage your scalp.

If you have long hair, put it up in a bun. Leave on for about 20-30 mins, then wash and condition. 

For your face: You can add a bit of lemon juice for an extra boost. Apply and leave on while enjoying a bath bath. So nourishing for your skin and hair!
