- 2 or 3 ripe avocados (depending on your hair length)
- Whipped or any honey
- Olive or coconut oil
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados, and add a generous tablespoon of honey or coconut oil. Mix and apply to dry or dampened hair. Gently massage your scalp.
If you have long hair, put it up in a bun. Leave on for about 20-30 mins, then wash and condition.
