Just get on the Mat

Even if you do not own a yoga mat, you can be in the floor or rug. Even doing just child’s pose for 5 minutes will do you good!🧘🏻‍♀️. Put on some nice music, light a candle or Palo Santo and breathe, move gently, thoughtfully. Feel where you are holding, or tense, and breathe into it~Fully, and exhale fully. Repeat 5 times. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
