Try this by taking warm/hot & cold showers. 🚿🚿 It can sound intimidating but it’s worth it! 🙂 Start with a nice warm regular shower then at the end turn it to cold, than back to warm/hot, back to end w cold again. Make sure to get under your arms, neck, groin (large areas of your lymphatic system) to help you detox and flush out toxins. This also helps boost your immune system, by putting your body under slight stress and will also increase energy and endorphins. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙.
