Frequently Asked Questions

Are you open in the winter? Yes, our indoor and outdoor facilities are open  year round! It is pretty amazing in the snow 🙂

How many people can the space accommodate? We try to limit private parties to 15-16  to ensure an enjoyable and safe environment for all.

Can I use the hydrotherapy room if I book a massage? If you’d like to use our hydrotherapy facilities, please book as an add on or call to add hydrotherapy.

Do you do couples massage? We are finally able to accommodate couples! We have options to be outside or one inside and one under our pergola or in our newest edition, the Cabin. Read more about our packages here.

What happens if I book a private session and it rains? Our facilities remain open during rain and snow – if the weather is extreme look for alerts on our website or call ahead.

Can I drop in to use the facilities? Because of our limited space we book online for all of our sessions. Both private and communal hours. Book your communal hydro session here!

Can I be naked? No,  bathing suits/bikinis must be worn. Because of our outdoor space and neighbors we made this a rule. Thank you for understanding!

Is cityWell women only? No, however, cityWell has one designated session for women only  (Sundays 3-5pm).

Are towels included in hydrotherapy sessions? Community and open sessions include one towel (robes are available to rent).

Are cell phones allowed at cityWell? We understand everyone loves their phone, but think about leaving it at home for a mini detox or in the lockers (you deserve a break!) And if you are on the phone just be mindful of the others around you. We do love it if you take pictures though. And tag us too if you don’t mind 😉

Reservations/Deposits

Reservations are recommended, walk-ins available. Any service reservation exceeding $200 requires a $100 credit card deposit. Deposits are refundable if services are cancelled 24 (though 48 is appreciated) hours before appointment.

Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive 5 or so minutes before your scheduled session to fill out your intake forms. We add in 30 min in between most session so we can have time to check in.

Cancellation/Reschedule

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation/rescheduling of services. If you are within this booking time, you are already confirmed for your services and the cancellation policy will be in effect.  Without this notification you will be billed half of the scheduled service fees.

Payment Options

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Gratuity

Tips are not required but always appreciated.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Health Conditions

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies or health conditions, and especially if you are pregnant. It is generally advised to not use the heated facilities when you are pregnant. Please check with your doctor before coming. Drink plenty of water prior to hydrotherapy use to prevent dehydration and If you are fasting, please alert cityWell staff and avoid extended use of any hydrotherapy. Limit your time in the steam room/hydro tub/sauna/showers to a maximum of 10 minutes at a time
